I phoned Dec 23 to do a ravioli order for Xmas Eve. I was told I had to call the day of Dec. 24. On December 24 I called earlier in the morning to make sure I got my order. I was told that there was no more raviolis left. What is the policy?

Hi Angela -- We apologize for the inconvenience, but we did experience an abnormally high amount of ravioli orders prior to opening on the morning of Christmas Eve. We have taken steps to ensure the stopping of ravioli orders does not happen again in the future, however, this can never be guaranteed.
