Is it okay for the servicemen or women to be so rude when answering the phone to take orders... hanging up in customers faces doesn't bring good vibes. Especially when the number that we call from brings a good amount of money to your business...

I never have a problem with them, I been going there since I was 11yrs old going to the Grand lake theater for the 50 cent movies

Wow, that is so not cool on there part of customer service I would go to that restaurant and talk with the manager or owner there.

It’s actually just a cultural difference between service in america and I’m China. A lot of asian restaurant have customer service like this and it is 100% normal.
