Before each shift each Linea worker self-screens based on the SF DPH Personnel Health Form (temperature is checked and questions answered from SF DPH's personnel health form) and info is sent to managers. We only keep two people working per shift to maintain a six foot distance between workers as much as possible, and masks are always worn. We sanitize high traffic areas often throughout the day, such as our Square credit card reader, our serving countertop, our espresso bar space, and our break room area. Workers take breaks separately. Hands are washed or sanitized between tasks, and no PPE or other personal equipment (ie phones) are shared. We mark 6 ft distances in the customer line, and when it's time for the customer to order, we ask them to stay at the order window in an effort to cut down on mingling on the sidewalk without 6 ft markers.
