I'm looking for a tattooist who does small detail pieces, specifically a small line of musical notes to be placed on the inside of both forearms, each line being different than the other.
Any recommendations?

Byron at hard luck is amazing. He does some of the most delicate line work. Both my sister and I have multiple pieces by him all with fine lines and shading. @niceguybyron
