I live in the area and have for 32years and pass your store almost every day. You are in a great location and I find it very sad that you do NOT keep your store looking better than it does! Its the worst looking store in Santa Cruz,needs clean up!

Costs money to do that. Then they’d have to raise prices.

IT IS CLEAN!!! Or do you mean it needs a REMODEL? Because old as the fixtures & decor are, they are definitely CLEAN...but for sterile cookie cutter grocery, go to Safeway and Lucky's. BUT if you want super friendly service with Live Oak locals who've been working there for over 20 years, you could care less about the old fixtures & flooring ect. True, it looks exactly the same as when I started coming here as a baby 40 years ago, then it was ran by an Asian lady who called my mom and "banned" me for taking a 40cent snickers until she brought me back with an apology. The selection had much less Hispanic selection it catered to the Asian community it seemed, but trust me, this store, the selection, the staff, & meat counter are the BEST the only complaint I have is sometimes the produce can be a bit iffy...but I hope "Live Oak Super" never changes !
