I am not sure about mondays(bcs I dont know if is open), but the rest of the week they sell birria.

Hello! We are open 7 days a weeks but we only sell birria Weds-Friday 10:00am-6:00pm and on the weekends, 7:00am to 5:00pm. Hope to see you here soon.
