Yes. They have a good Oshinko roll. They also have good yo tofu, which is vegan if you don't put any bonito flakes on it. In season, they have good braised nasu (eggplant). While it's not really a vegetarian/vegan kind of place, I'm pretty sure you could get a good light vegan meal there in a pinch.
