52" I think to ride alone otherwise you can ride with an adult in a two seater There is a line on the wall prior to entering, but yes an average 10 yr old can ride alone. My 8 year old on the other hand needs to ride with adult.
8 years old, AND 54' inches. Tippy toes don't count. Hope that helps.

An average sized 10 year old is tall enough. There are no height requirements posted to my recollection.
