Is there any department within DMV, state, local gov. that residents could contact to let our frustrations be known about this office? The staff is always friendly, but there is always only one poor lady swamped with customers.

We agree—we recently were able to send employees (with other job functions) to train how to do the DMV! We now have three people trained to do DMV—the most ever for Robbins. One employee is devoted primarily to DMV and the other to Utility Billing. Both will provide back up to one another if the line gets long. Our Town Clerk has the ability to cover one of them if someone is absent (we don’t want to close if we don’t have enough staff). We are happy to serve everyone and we remain to be one of the “shortest wait times” around according to our customers.

I love the Robbins office most of the time im in and out of they're pretty quickly the staff is very friendly and the lines are never to long like the other DMV places.

I agree I'm looking for someone to talk to as well. I went for a temp tag and wound up returning 3 times because she did not tell me about other fees etc. That I needed to pay. The last time I waited in line for 30 minutes. She does need help.
