No. They have a ticket line. But that's just more waiting in line. You'll cut about 30 minutes out your waiting time with buying the tickets online. You don't have to print them. They can scan the tickets on your phone.
No you do not have to but it is better to buy online so you don't have to stand in unnecessary lines...they are long enough! Lol
