Last time i rented a spot it was $11 for the day
I know one time Wednesday was whole sale only
Yes you can go on Wednesday but you Need to get there early for your tables but the weekend is a busier time
When I bought it just 2$ for each one. Also, you can find some plants and seeds with reasonable prices.
