lol... Simple answer is NO. You only need to pay the flea market operator a fee, to rent a booth.
If you are going to sell items on a regular basis, then you do need a Retail License. It cost $50 and you go to your local Internal Revenue Office. You will be required to file a Sales Tax forms monthly for 12 months. Then every quarter afterwards. But if you plan to sell items every now and then, and they are not a food item, then you do not need a Retail License. A Business License is required if you plan to sell items ongoing, and you intend to sell your merchandise at a location you set up to sell them ongoing. But at the Flea Market, if this is the only place you will sell your stuff, then, NO, you do not need a Business License.
