My Internet social security account login has not worked for over a year ... can someone in your office help me to fix it ... I was told by DC or East Coast office that you could help me .. is this true ?

Social security has messed up my way of staying in top of paying my bills. Now for some reason which they didn't have a reason to make me have a payee. Now I was told that my 6th month payment would be here on the 1st because my mom and I have made promises, now it's the 3rd and it's not here. If they said I would be getting it, is there a reason why it's not here?
