Where are your flood lamps?

In general, Wal-Mart would categorize flood lamps as an item in the Hardware Department. At this particular store, that area is located in the back right quarter of the store between Arts and Crafts and the Auto Center.

Toward the back close to automotive section.

I think Lowe's sells them.
