They offer the typical array of meats and side dishes found in the region. To add to what Sophie mentions, they frequently have shrimp, ribs and ham steaks, too. There is always more than one type of meat offered. The food is always fresh and the salads crisp. The have several desserts. I think they have about the best buffet in the area and the price is competitive.
It's a country kitchen, so you'll have choices of fried chicken, ham, dressing, veggies and gravy, salad bar, desserts, bread rolls, etc. It's really delicious!
