Like I am aware of sharpening and balance. I had a shop in Michigan that did my blades and 4 chain saws. Looking for the same thing in NC.
Yes you sharpen the mower blades
Any blade that rotates FROM center mount needs to be equally weight on both sides
I know they sharpen them but not sure about balancing mower blades.
