Is there a form or process to go thru to request donations for the shoebox project I lead thru my church? Thanks.

Lots of stores have a set amount that they are allowed to give as charity. It wouldn't be a bad idea to at least call and speak to the store manager, going by the store would be even better.

Call the store to find out for sure, they have nothing on their website other than their ads.
