There are no campsites in the area and one of the main entrances is behind a ranger station, but i have never seen the area patrolled and there are certainly places by the river where one could potentially camp. So, yes, but im unsure of the technical legality.

I drove through here looking for a camping spot, didn't find one. Beautiful area
