I can tell you that Moroney Cycle located in Orange County N.Y. is a Harley Davidson Dealer and has a Separate Bldg. Next Door that Sells All Japanese bikes including Yamaha, Suzuki, Honda, and Kawasaki. Great Place we've bought a few bikes from there. They Sell New, and Used bikes.
Kyle, it's a Harley Davidson dealership. They sell Harleys. Ninja is a Kawasaki line. However as far as learning to ride they might have new rider courses. If you never rode a bike before, I'm sure you can look around for a auto school that has motorcycle instructors. However don't do learning on automated scooters, you want to learn on a small bike where you have to use the clutch and the gear shifter.
