No, no they do not! I just made a trip over 100 miles to vist this place where I have spent a LOT of money over the years. They close at 3pm on Saturday and I got caught up in traffic and was running 5 minutes behind schedule. I called the store and spoke to the owner to verify that I would be there at epm and that I could still pick up my items, and he said I could. I arrived at the store just prior to 3pm and the store was already locked and closed. I'll never visit here or spend another dime at this liar's store. So much for honesty these days. NEVER AGAIN! And by the way, the knives at 67 Hardware are way overpriced. The same knives they sell are 20-30% cheaper online.
Yes they do have good customer service. The owner does keep their word. The fellow that just gave a bad rap about them. May not have talked to the owner. It could have been the manager. Just as well they could of had an emergency to close up. Please call the store and ask them for what you need. Thanks.
