Yes you still have to make reservations and certain parks are already booked so check ahead. I was able to make the reservation Sunday for entrance to Epcot monday, but I was not able to get into Disney Studios. Also could not get reservations to any restaurants apparently they need to be made far in advance.
We didn't have to make one at the location we ate at, but we went for a late lunch.

Yes they are, however I still believe you need to make a reservation. I do not believe they are letting walk ups yet. If you are a pass holder you need to make the reservation 3 days before. If you aren't a pass holder I believe it is 5 days before your visit
