As far as parades, they are not publicly scheduled to avoid crowds but they do "pop up" parades that are pretty awesome!
Mostly. But there some mini shows/rides at majic kingdom. Download the Disney Now app to your phone and use it as a guide. Or, go to guest services in the parks and ask your questions to them.
