No, and you have to make a reservation for the park in advance, when the maximum is met they stop taking reservations, so you have to check another park that may have room

No they aren't. Some people will have disability passes but they still have to wait in the queue, just sitting down not in line.

Short answer is no, but I've seen people cut ahead of the line. Mostly to swap out a parent to watch a child or someone in a wheel chair.
