my daughter has VP programmable shunt, does any ride have any magnets that would mess with her shunt?

I'd definitely contact guest services to be 100% sure. They have chat available on the Disney World website. They are always very helpful. If they don't know the answer, they will find out and email you back. I worked with a young man who had a shunt and he was able to ride all the rides. =)

My son also has a VP shunt. He's been on all the rides with no problems. None of the magnetic rides has more than a MRI. Enjoy yourself with pixie dust and worry free magical experience.

I'm afraid I can't answer that. But would advise asking the staff at an information kiosk. There is a first aid center at the park (EPCOT) I think they'd be able to advise. Or maybe even the the people at the ride itself May help.
