It'll be great for your group, lots of stuff to do for everyone. With child swap, one of you can ride while the other stays with the little one, and then you guys can switch off. Its very convenient! Magic Kingdom is probably your best bet to keep the 2 year old engaged, and Animal Kingdom is a delightful mix of a theme park and a zoo, so that should be a great fit as well!
