You can do anything legal if you can afford the price. Disney has a Tour Guide service that stays with your group for the time allotted that assures VIP amenities throughout the park.
Bring a young neighbor, make them happy too!!
Fair enough but is there a service at the park per say.
As far as I know there is not a helper service there. However, I t may be helpful to bring someone maybe a teen who can assist you or your children while you are at the park.
