Universal for rollercoasters, Disney for the atmosphere
Probably Disney World. You're only going to spend a day or two at Universal, but there's major variety of parks at Disney. If you're all about two-day trips, then Universal is good for you. Disney would take about a week.

It depends honestly, disney is more kid centered, universal is more thrill centered

Disney is a lot of fun with shows, rides, great restaurants, etc. If you strictly want great rides and a park you can do in a day then Universal.
If possible, both, but Disney if not. It really depends on the experience that you seek. World is a must, if you've never been. Hollywood can wait.
