Yes and there are places to refill. There are also water cups and ice water throughout the parks. Its free. Food is not all the same as far as value. There are places you get a lot for your buck there are places ( the carts and quick windows) that aren't as value minded. Those are usually crowded. I dont get it. Its just the way it is.
