Animal Kingdom is fully Handicap Accessible... ... with The Studios next then Magic Kingdom then EPCOT.!!!
Not really sure.i guess it would depend on one's limitations. I saw many folks in wheelchairs, canes, motor scooters moving right along. Not really sure which park is best for those handicap. Sorry.
Disney has done a fantastic job of ensuring an enjoyable experience for people of all abilities. However, Magic Kingdom and Epcot, I believe, will be most enjoyed just depending on what you would like to do.
