Yes. I was there recently and we would bring in some snacks that were easy to carry in a smaller bag, as well as bottles of water. You can bring in backpacks and coolers, but it makes more difficult to enjoy all the rides unless you have someone in your party who can't go on the rides or doesn't mind watching the bags/coolers while everyone else rides.
You can bring any type of drink and food, even a cooler.
