Depending on your hotel they can provide the departure times. Every half hour is what I experienced.
Its pretty much non stop til about 12am
In the universal parks, the water taxis run about every 10 mins from 7 a.m to 2.a.m. The Disney buses are about the same frequency. Got back a week ago and the place is just totally geared up to serve the punters! It's great.
Its actually approx 20 minutes. I have just come back and it says so on the audio inside the bus.
