You know that I have big fears of wasps and hornets, right? So, what happens if I am allergic to wasp stings and hornet stings?

Bring your epipen, but Disney does a good job keeping those insects to a minimum. They also have medical/first aid stations in each park and Disney springs.

No wasps or hornets were seen on my visit to the parks. But yes medical should have the supplies for a minor sing. If it starts swelling to the point of an allergic reaction they have ways to escort you off property to a hospital. But again a sting from those sorts of insects is very unlikely.
