DISABILITY ACCESS SERVICE SYSTEM, is what Disney uses. The DAS allows you to wait for a ride or attraction outside of the queue for most of the wait. While you will still need to wait about the same amount of time that you would have if you waited in the regular Standby queue, you can wait anywhere that you’re comfortable. You can even go on another ride or attraction if you have time. This is great for those who have difficulty staying inside a queue.

Mr C from Whimsical Laboratory | Sep 9, 2021

No there was a nice person trying to go on the tower of terror and they said they could not allow her at the moment and that was just last weekend. I have no reason to lie or gaining anything by it. They told this nice lady due to Covid-19 rules they could not accommodate her at that moment yet they had people on top of each other. I personally posted pictures of the lines to ride the M. Falcon ride and that was a mess and 80% of the people were not wearing masks yet every employee was wearing masks and as far as I knew, read, and was made aware by the parking attendant at Disney, "Orange County was requiring for people inside closed quarters to wear masks and stay at 6 feet" but it was different and difficult inside the park.

Brian Cantwell | Sep 9, 2021

They were offering rides for handicap people just two weeks ago and allowing them to skip the lines.
