Disney's Animal Kingdom has a ride called Countdown to Extinction. Pretty impressive but also sad as you witness a interpretation of the extinction of dinosaurs. Universal Studios/Islands of Adventure parks have the Jurassic Park themed attractions. Hope I have been helpful.
