Yes there is a shuttle. however, it does not go to Animal Kingdom!
Not sure because we rented a car but shuttle from car rental to airport was running okay!
Shuttle services were not available from alot of hotels, busses from Disney resorts and hotels are running. We had to use Uber for the week we were there, they are also an option from hotel to parks.
Yes all transportation is running at this time
Yes it is. I was there this past week on vacation and all parks and all transportation are running.
