You can take insulated bottles, frozen in a back pack. They do random check, but water is for sale at all Disney facilities, no refill. I was instructed, nothing is free at Disney, but the rain.

Refilling stations are far and few between, but the water fountains are operating for the most part. Just a little more challenging to fill something... I didn't see anyone have an issue about bringing water in.
