Can anybody answer why every time I go to the Webster mass location I waited over 20 minutes in the drive-through line for my order I’m sure it’s all by design the less people they take the less orders they have to do the less work they have Do.

Understaffed rising prices and employs who do not pay attention to their work

It's been lije that for years. I'd say it's Management's fault, but im pretty sure theyve changed management many times. Most likely reason: the employees are from Webster..

This is the worst McDonalds EVER! 20 min in drive thru for 2 shakes, see the shakes (supposed to be chocolate) and they are white on the bottom and half melted.. Guy working was talking about how he had a date and doing other things while we were sitting there waiting, and we could see our shakes just waiting for us! We drove off without them and went to Burger King. Never get the right amount of nuggets, and we get the wrong sandwiches, and hard bread! I'll drive to Oxford from now on!!

They just suck

I used to work at this McDonalds. The employees don’t want to work because the Managere aren’t nice at all. Which in turn, discourages the employees. I would never recommend getting a job or going there for food.
