Getting tickets at the door was easy...we used the Express line. Paying with credit card at Express. Dont need to speak to speak with anyone.
You can wait.. I don't think they get into a 'sold out' situation but you might be able to get some deals if you plan and watch before hand.
Getting tickets on the same day is usually not a problem during normal days. I cannot speak for any holidays or special events.
We bought ours the same day. Not a problem.
I usually get mine the day of and never had a problem
