I would recommend ages 4 to 7.
In my humble opinion no.
Not really, mostly for bigger kids ages 4 and up, some crafts have heated instruments and other play zones have crazy kids running around that can't control themselves and may trample you.
Sure, they'll like it. But as it's designed for kids 4-8, you will likely not find it worth the money unless you have other children in your party that will get way more out of it.
There are many painting and coloring stations. Also, there is a small jungle gym for younger kids in toddler town. A few more areas that are suited for that age like stomp and play and the rainbow rain area.
My 2 year old loves to paint, so yes they will enjoy it.
They will have more fun at Dave and Buster's or Chucky Cheese. My 3 year old was ready to go after 30 minutes. They need more games
