Yes you can go without a reservation, but I wouldn't recommend it. The wait time will be long. As far as how long it takes to eat experiences may vary. They do try to turn tables fast because of the sheer amount of people trying to get in.
Yes u can go without reservations, we went during dinner and it was a 40 min wait
We went during lunch time and it was slow, so we got a table in 5 mins, but for dinner might be a different story.
You can but you may have to sit at the bar.
