Are there not enough employees that know one can answer the phone?Needed men’s department and he’s been on break for the last hour. I have called every department trying to just ask a question

There are plenty of employees, it's just hard to find good help. Everyone thinks if they ignore it it will go away. No one wants to do anymore than they have an now a days it's not much.

A lot of people working there just no one likes to help u. I remember actully goi g into the store and wanted to buy a couple fish and the couldnt find anyone they kept sending me all o er the store to ask everyo e eles they just dont want to take the time out to help and do there job sadly but true
