General Managers normally work the day shift. If you go there every time after work or evenings that's probably why you never see them. They usually only work 1 night shift a week. It's always the GM that gets the bad rap.

As a GM myself, GM’s are responsible for everything. They are not getting a bad rap . They are getting the responsibility of being a GM.
