Yes you can pick them if you want to. They are really good about replacing your steak if it's not cooked right so speak up. I love Texas Roadhouse. I eat there every chance I get!

I never have. They do have a bunch of steaks in glass i guess you could ask. But its not offered on the menu as far as i have seen
