No they usuAlly change it to what ever you ask. Unless they didn't have it or majority wins.
I walked in two weeks ago, with just a minor suggestion after my previous experience with the Assistant Manager, the GM was MORE than accommodating! I kept telling her it was not even a big issue, but she insisted on comping my entire order, having it remade, and continued to offer free appetizers and drinks. You must have not met the official manager. She has fantastic customer service skills.
