They are always short staffed because the supervisor Cynthia is a joke and doesn’t know how to treat people right. She treats everyone like they are property and disposable (that’s how the owner Mike taught her to think). According to them if you don’t have complaints about yourself you aren’t doing your job right. Multiple friends of mine work here and told me what a nightmare it was it all makes sense to why it’s such a horrible restaurant. I tried going there recently and the place it’s still bad.
Poor customer service..poorly supervised..complete nonsense..I'll never eat there again..even worse service at the counter..need to teach them to be more PERSONABLE...
