will any artist work on hands and fingers on a minor with parental consent? i realize that it will fade and it may not turn out the way id like but its very personal and im dead set on getting it

Depends on the age... Florida law prohibits tattooing of a minor age 16 or less regardless of parental consent or not. If you do find somebody to do it under that age I highly discourage you from doing it because they are breaking the law and God only knows what other laws and things they may be breaking as far as sterilization and what not. I don't believe a Tomic will risk any of their licenses to tattoo anyone under the age of 16. Under the age of 18 does however require parental consent
