Wow really John I have nothing to hide or be ashamed of in my business. We do our best to help our customers it does not always work out. The fact is we have been in business for over 30 years it is by hard work and the ability to change with the times. We have made it because our regular customers who know me know I will go to bat for them when it seems impossible. What is scary is the people who feel entitled just walk in step all over us. When I have customers that are loyal and do not ask for anything except for me to provide them with a fully stocked hobby shop. All I know is when it comes to the rc world and you need a guy like me I'm there for my true supporters.I started my shop at the age of 20 with my own money blue collar family and 30 years later still that same small town business man have a great day
I've only been in C & S Sports & Hobby once, but I've recommended your business to all my sport collecting friends. You have a HUGE selection of not only "popular" local teams (Patriots, Red Sox, Celtics), but by far the largest collection of out of state teams. Your staff, yourself included, is friendly and helpful
