Are there registered Silver Sneakers classes? What is the cost for non Meducare / non member seniors?

I recommend you call the front desk, or better yet, go in for a tour. The staff there is very friendly, and they can go over the group ex schedule with you. I know the DeLand branch has silver sneakers classes and I think the Deltona branch also does, but they can tell you for sure about that and about membership pricing, which varies according to which plan you are on
