There is seating at the bar section, but you need to show up early to get that seating.

There are a lot of stairs. You'd have to call the ballroom. I know they have handicap seating

I think that's a question that you need to call the facility and ask. Both entrances I saw had a full flight of stairs and there was some seating at the facility but not a lot.
