I understand you buy the stuffed peppers by the pound. I was thinking of buying the meat ones to go. Does anyone know if they are fully cooked or are they sold raw and to be cooked at home?

You can put them in the refrigerator and eat it the next day and it taste the same as if you brought it the day before.. That's why when I go to Providence I always go there and get my grinder.. They been in business for over 40 yrs.. Ray you can buy the stuff peppers uncooked or cook they are delicious..
